Some of the smart phone devices existing in the market with Windows Mobile 6.1 have been carrying on their promises for an upgrade to version 6.5 and now, it is the time for the promises to be fulfilled. At the same time, there are new phones on the lists that will be directly released with the support from the new operating system version.
