Two 4G Capable Mobile Devices Introduced by Sprint
Sprint is ready to start a new revolution with its two new 4G capable mobile devices, named Personal Hotspot PHS300S and Cradlepoint MBR-1000. What can be called the broadband routers are two devices that can be carried by the users to enjoy 3G as well as 4G data and network capabilities.
With the help of Personal Hotspot, the users will be able to create an 802.11g hotspot and use it to activate an array of devices like smart phones, digital cameras, laptops and music players. This device will target the audience having personal usage needs. It will be available at a price tag of $159.99.
Second devices, which is Candlepoint MBR-1000 is available for users with sophisticated business needs. Available at the cost of $249.99, the device acts as a broadband router that can be used to stimulate more number of Wi-Fi connections than the Personal Hotspot. Though, both the devices will work in the same way, the Candlepoint will be able to help creating a bigger 4G hotspot than the other device.
Both Candlepoint and Personal Hotspot will require a 3G or WiMax data plan to work desirably. So, the monthly cost of having the data plan will cost between $39.99 and $79.99. According to the company’s spokesman, these devices will help the users to get connected to Wi-Fi network, without searching for a nearby hotspot. The company also claims to have the capability of connecting hundreds of millions of Wi-Fi devices in US with the help of these devices.
