T-Mobile to Expand HSPA+ 4G Network in USA Metropolitans
T-Mobile USA has the highest number of customers in the country that enjoy the carrier’s HSPA+ 4G network in over 50 regions.As per the latest announcement, the cell phone carrier is about to expand the reach of HSPA+ 4G network by introducing it in other metropolitan areas. Samsung Vibrant, one of the two versions of Samsung Galaxy S released in the country, and many other smart phones offer T-Mobile’s HSPA+ network to their users.
Not only this, T-Mobile is planning to launch its first HSPA+ capable smart phone before the year ends. As per the company’s tweet on the Twitter account, the details of the smart phone will be revealed in the coming weeks. It is rumored that the smart phone could be HTC Vanguard or Vision, though there are talks about the phone to be codenamed as Blaze. The HSPA+ moves of T-Mobile are certainly going to add a significant number to its customer base.
T-Mobile might as well bring the next installment of Apple’s iPhone 4. Though, it has been in the rumors that there is stiff competition between Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile to become the next iPhone carrier once the exclusivity deal with AT&T ends this year. Most of the industry experts have indicated the likeliness of the T-Mobile to bring iPhone 4 in the third quarter.
