T-Mobile Brings myTouch 3G Slide on June 02
T-Mobile’s myTouch 3G Slide has become available for pre-order, as the release date of this Android phone has been confirmed as June 02.Running on Android version 2.1, this smart phone was announced just a few weeks ago. You can visit the operator’s website to order for the phone which bears the price tag of US $179.99. This is the price after a 50-US-dollar mail-in rebate and if you purchase the phone with 2-year contract. Without contract, you can have myTouch 3G Slide by paying US $399.
Talking about the features of the new T-Mobile device, you can find a 5MP camera with resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels, LED flash and auto focus. It is a side slider with full QWERTY keyboard and a 3.4 inch HVGA capacitive touch screen. The connectivity features include 3G with 7.2 Mbps HSDPA and 2 Mbps HSUPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g and Bluetooth v2.1.
Memory space of 8GB is included in the pack and one can extend it to 16 GB using micro SD cards. Built-in GPS receiver and support of YouTube and Google Maps are some other features of this T-Mobile offering. The cell phone is available in three different colors, including black, white and red.
