Samsung Unveiling Information about Its Innovative Features
Samsung is trying its hand at a number of innovative features and this is the reason that some hot news are churning out from the company’s official resources. You might remember about the Hummingbird processor, Samsung talked about only few days back. You can recall it as the 1GHz CPU being designed to make the smart phone chipsets more capable and advanced. Now, the company has revealed the ongoing production of a similar processor that will be installed in the company’s notebooks.
Some of the good features of these two processors have come into light. First, the two chipsets, named S5PC110 for the smart phones and S5PV210 for the notebooks, are designed to possess low power fabrication process and architectures for low power consumptions. This in turn will help to ensure great battery life for the mobile devices. And of course, with 1GHz clock speed, these processors are going to generate performances that have been never seen before.
There is still more to reveal! The two processors will accommodate pre-installed 3D graphics engine. Along with that, they will make the cell phone devices to offer 1080p full HD video recording and playback facilities. If that is not enough, you can expect them to offer full arrays of interfaces like USB 2.0 host interface and support for variety of peripherals.
Finally, the 5MP image sensor capability is also in news to make these processors work even better. Apart from this, the camera in the devices will feature xenon flash, mechanical shutter and auto focus to offer a complete package for the first fully HD video recording capable smart phone. The production of these two processors is expected to begin in January 2010 and thus, something interesting can appear on Mobile World Congress next year.
