Samsung has lined up its next two cell phones to be released this year. Titled as S5600 and S5230, the cell phones work upon TouchWiz interface of the company. The highlight of both these devices is the accommodation of large touch screens.

A slim and compact Samsung S5600 is the device with features like 2.8 inch TFT display. This 16M color screen offers the resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. Another important feature of the screen is availability of accelerometer sensor. Another goodie of the device is a 3.2MP camera with advantageous features like smile detection and LED flash. GSM, EDGE and HSDPA offer the data capabilities for this device. Though Wi-Fi is the missing factor, you can still cherish the existence of Bluetooth and USB.

Samsung S5230 goes a step further and offers a TFT screen of 3 inch. This display offers 240 x 400 pixels of WQVGA resolution. It is even thinner than its companion and offers the dimension of only 11.9 mm. Considered as the competitor to LG Cookie; this cell phone is facilitated with GPRS and EDGE.

Gesture Lock is the common feature of both these cell phones. This feature allows the user to unlock the device and at the same time, open a menu by choosing any letter from the alphabet. No words have been heard about the prices of each of these devices and both of them are expected to release in the time period of April-May.
