Samsung Flying High with its First Projector Cell Phone
If you attended the Consumers Electronic Show last year, or at least heard about it, there must have been the mention of DLP-based pico projectors in the event. Now, Samsung is ready with installation of these projectors in their new cell phones. Hence, the renowned manufacturer will be the first one to introduce a projector cell phone in the market. You can very well imagine the power of carrying a projector, with small dimensions, anywhere and everywhere you visit.
The cell phone manufacturing company approached Texas Instruments to convert their dream project of projector cell phone into reality. Apart from the highlight of housing a projector this unnamed cell phone will also facilitate other good features. It will include a 5MP camera with brilliant features and TouchWiz interface offered by none other than Samsung. Also, an OLED screen will be accommodated in this device.
The buyers of this superlative device will be able to use it significantly for watching their favorite movies and videos, or the image galleries, even while moving on the road. The device will be instantly ready for use at your will, without demanding for an outer source of video. One important aspect of this cell phone will be that it will demand more of recharging, as battery life will be quickly consumed while using the projector.
Samsung has also displayed its willingness for introducing MBP200, a PMP with same DLP projector facility. Other features of this device are LCD display, 16 GB memory, speakers and DMB TV tuner among others.
