Nokia 6600i - A Serious Upgrade to Nokia 6600
Nokia 6600 has been appreciated till date and now, it will soon have a successor in the form of Nokia 6600i, another slider form factor device form the manufacturer. One can find resemblance between the two devices, however, the new device is promising a serious upgrade in terms of imaging than the previous version.
The manufacturer is endorsing the cell phone as the smallest device in the world with a 5MP camera support. It should be noted that Nokia 6600 contained a 3.2MP snapper. However, the camera features like VGA video recording and a dual-LED unit are going to be preserved for the new device.
Nokia 6600i is going to accommodate all the features offered by its predecessor. So, one will be able to find a 2.2 inch TFT display, support for 3G and Bluetooth technology, FM radio and micro SD card slot, apart from I GB memory card included in the retail box. The memory will have the capability to be expanded up to 16 GB. Accelerometer will also be included in the design.
As far as outer design id concerned, the new device will have a metallic body similar to Nokia 6600, though it will have a more appealing bushed metal look to impress the viewers. The cell phone will be released in black and silver color variation. The exact release date is not known, but the manufacturer is looking for a day in quarter 3 for the same. We expect to admire 6600i just like its predecessor.
