You can easily recall the T-Mobile Dash that was released few years back. Now, the company is ready with an upgraded version of the handset, which is proudly called the T-Mobile Dash 3G. Hence, one feature of the device in the form of 3G support is known to you. One can expect it to be the company’s additional attempt to extend its 3G network in United States that is expected to cover 200 millions users by the end of 2009.
Set for release in July, Dash 3G is the new entrant in the list of smart phone devices. It is also being said that Dash 3G shares a number of futures with HTC Snap in term of keyboard designs. However, some of the keys have been rearranged on the T-Mobile’s device. Also, a key feature of HTC Snap in the form of inner circle is missing from Dash.
Apart from 3G support, the cell phone also offers a QWERTY keyboard, along with GPS and Bluetooth. Wi-Fi support is another mentioned feature in the specification list of the device. Along with a 2MP snapper, the cell phone will also feature a micro SD card slot with expansion capability of up to 16GB.
A 528MHz CPU is integrated in the design. Dash 3G will run on Windows Mobile 6.1 standard, though it might be upgraded to version 6.5 later on. T-Mobile stores will start selling the device in July. The cell phone with black and red accents will be eagerly awaited.
