LG Dare Takes Away Attention at CES Awards
CES Innovations Awards presentation is the appreciable manner to honor the most innovative products launched in the category of wireless devices. This time LG has accessed the limelight with its VX9700 Dare, which was chosen as the winner at reputed award ceremony. The cell phone is endowed by Verizon Wireless mobile service and is CDMA enabled. Other two handsets, which grabbed the attention, include LG CB630 Invision and LG CU920 Vu. Both these handsets are TV-enabled and have appeal for mobile lovers.
Coming back to LG Dare, the cell phone contains features like 3 inch TFT display with touch screen functionality. The 3.2-MP camera with Schneider-Kreuznach lens is also included in the design. Dare also talks about inclusion of Bluetooth connectivity with A2DP profile. Other captivating features include micro SD card slot and HTML browser.
Apart from LG, Samsung also has reasons to smile, with as many as five of their handsets honored at the award presentation. Access and Epix, along with Z400, Highnote and Instinct from the manufacturer gained praise. The MBP200 Pico Projector from Samsung won the award in the category of Wireless Handset accessories. Motorola ZN4 Krave, apart from BlackBerry Pearl Flip and BlackBerry Bold are amongst other handsets, which received positive acclaim on the occasion.
What experts have to say about choosing LG Dare as best wireless device? According to them, the cell phone by no means deserved the commendation achieved by it. And the surprise is that there are no handsets from Sony Ericsson or Nokia included amongst the top handsets.
