LG Announces Four New Devices to Enter the Race
For the past few days, Samsung was ruling the news items for announcing more than few cell phone devices. Now, LG has unfolded its cards by announcing as many as four new devices that will enter the market in different months of the year.
LG Opera TV is the first device on the list and resembles the very popular device called LG Arena. The specification list accommodates some exciting features like a 5MP camera and 7.2 Mbps HSDPA. Apart from this, there is support for GPS, Bluetooth, S-Class user interface and mobile TV protocol, called MediaFLO technology. The cell phone will have a 3 inch WVGA touch screen.
LG GW600 Herald can be called the device for mid-range business use and is expected to release in July. The cell phone supports half-QWERTY keyboard and Windows Mobile 6.1. Other favorable features include GPS and HSDPA.
LG Shine2 is the temporary name given to the successor of LG CU720 Shine and it is the third device on the list. A good addition has been made in the form of GPS support. Also, the new cell phone version will reduce its weight by 20g to appear lighter than the original version. Other specifications might also include some additional changes from the previous version. LG Opera TV and Shine2 are going to make entry in the month of August.
LG Georgia is the last one on the list, with some good features like MediaFLO technology, GPS, a 3MP camera and a 2.8 inch WQVGA touch screen. The clel phone is expected to appear by October.
