First Appearance of Blueberry Bold Delayed Till November
Blackberry Bold has already marked its presence in 13 countries, but US market is still waiting for the first appearance of this mobile set. The mobile set, which was scheduled to mark its debut in US market in October, is going to entertain mobile lovers of the country in October.
The reason for this delay is lack of resources with AT&T to provide its 3G network support to the mobile set. AT&T is already providing 3G network support to Apple’s iPhone. The most competent mobile carrier in US is still finding a way out of its bandwidth-hogging issue with iPhone and thus, is incapable of providing deserving support to Blackberry Bold.
Due to delay in the arrival of Blackberry Bold in United States mobile market, other mobile sets are expected to face less competition. There are several handsets in the queue, waiting for next month to appear in mobile stores located in various states of the country. This includes much talked about Google Phone, called HTC’s Dream. Also, another mobile set from Blackberry is going to try its luck in US market next month.
The market experts closely analyze the network capabilities of AT&T and conclude that it can provide 3G network support to as many as 20 Blackberry mobiles, which is equivalent to network support offered to one iPhone from Apple. The reason is that Apple is not capable of providing data compression on its mobile sets.
