AT&T Begins the Process of Selling Revamped iPhones
AT&T decided to sell refurbished iPhones from Apple sometimes ago and now, the renowned mobile carrier of United States is ready to keep up its decision. The company has started selling 3G enabled smart phone devices from this week. All the devices are being sold at prices decreased by $50 from the prices of original firsthand cell phones. Hence, you can find the smaller model with the price tag of $150 and the larger one at $250.
The company has decided to use its website for selling these revamped cell phones to only the first time customers only. Those, already subscribed with the mobile carrier will have to walk to the company stores for grabbing these devices. However, not all the stores are facilitated with refurbished versions of these handsets.
Earlier this month, AT&T in association with Apple made it possible for interested users to buy the 3G version of iPhone smart devices using online shopping. Also, the companies are facilitating the shipping of these cell phones to the homes and offices of the customer buying them online. More than that, these customers are being facilitated to activate their respective devices by plugging them into iTunes.
The original iPhone models were sold only at Apple and AT&T stores around the nation. However, the 3G version is allowed to be sold at various other top ranking stores in the country. Apple has become the third largest revenue generator at the end of 3rd quarter this year, preceded by Nokia and Samsung, by selling its ambitious iPhone devices.
