Nokia is making all possible attempts to fill the market with its exclusive range of full touch cell phones. After experiencing a great response for their 5800 device, the company is planning to launch another member in the same family. Titles as Nokia 5530 XpressMusic, the cell phone will resemble 5800 in a number of ways, though it might lack certain features carried by the latter.

The good news is that Nokia 5530 will be a compact device as compared to its predecessors, but that confirms the presence of a smaller screen as well. The specifications mention that the device will accommodate a 2.9 inch display. Going further, it might lack GPS functionality as well, as indicated by the specifications known so far.

A 3.2MP camera and expandable memory support are other features present on the list of specifications for Nokia 5530. Wi-Fi support is going to be another highlight of this device. FM radio and a 3.5mm audio jack are other features, confirmed to be available in the device.

As mentioned earlier, there is nothing mentioned in the list regarding GPS functionality, so you can expect it to be missing. The existence of 3G support is also doubtful and only time will reveal the truth. One good thing about the cell phone is the support offered by 5th Edition Symbian S60 operating system.

The device will be cheaper than other members of the family and is expected to be introduced by September, 2009.
