Acer Liquid has been in talks for being a new surprise on Android platform. The full touch screen cell phone has finally got official, with some wonderful features mentioned in its specification list. After going through the list, you can confirm that the new Acer device is going to be the most powerful Android mobile till date. Hopefully, we might see some similar devices soon, but today’s hot story is only about Acer Liquid.

It has been surprising that not even a single screenshot of Liquid has been made visible by the manufacturer. This in fact has added to the curiosity about this power packed performer. Moreover, there is no mention of its release date and price tag, further making people eager to follow the news about the device.

A1GHz Qualcomm 8250 Snapdragon CPU is one of the highlights of Acer Liquid. It is the same processor that has been used in top-notch devices like HTC HD2 and Toshiba TG01. Apart from Android 1.6 support, the device also has the Acer’s own user interface. A 3.5 inch WVGA display is going to appear for the first time in an Android device and that too, with a better resolution than others.

Quad band GSM and HSPDA 7.2Mbps are the connectivity features included in the device. One can also find GPS and Wi-Fi as important features of Acer Liquid. At the same time, Bluetooth, USB and a 5 MP camera are the features that are still rumored about the device.
