The C905a is undoubtedly one of the best camera phones that Sony Ericsson has got to offer. In fact, it pretty much is one of the best camera phones in the market and stands tall amidst all the other stalwarts (read competitors).

The Sony Ericsson C905a is available in three colors- Ice Silver, Copper gold and night black. The complete mobile set includes a 2GB memory stick micro card and a USB adaptor (facilitating easier transfer of photos from your mobile to PC). The phone is geared up with all the standard features of a mobile in its segment (which has nothing much to be spoke about! Just a read through the ‘specifications list’ and you get it into your head).

So, what are the exciting features of this phone? Firstly, the phone is an 8.1 mega pixel camera! (Now, that means more resolution than some of the basic digital cameras!). The camera of this cell phone is equipped with xenon flash features and face detection with auto focus. No! That’s not all. Image stabilizer and smart contrast are two of its other useful features. Further, since the phone is GPS enabled, geo-tagging of photos can be your next hobby. The phone even sports a sufficiently large 2.4 inch scratch resistant mineral glass display.

All in all, the phone is a promising one and as rightly marketed by the company- it is a viable alternative to a digital camera (however, purists would prefer a camera!).
