I have had three replacement cell phones that were defective. The cell phone is excellent if you could get one that works proficientl. I am about to send in for a replacement and I was told that I have to pay for this one. I am not satisfied with this model. i do have two Sanyo katana DLX phones but one is always replaced with another defective phone.
