Samsung SGH-T229 Cell Phones
Samsung has launched SGH-T229 on T-Mobile. It is an entry-level mobile coming in grey, tri-color red and champagne shades. This clamshell cellular phone offers good call quality and has exceptional design touches. On the front side, phone is colored in bright-red and its back side has silver color. This stylish phone is of average size, about 3.60x1.90x0.80inches and it weighs 85 gm/3.30 oz.
The monochrome display, although small, displays signal strength, battery life, time and date. Contrast can be altered and self-portraits seen on screen. Internal display is miniature-sized with only 1.70 inches and it has screen resolution of 160 x 128pixels supporting 65,536 colors. It is possible to alter backlighting time, contrast, brightness, font size, as well as color of both menu and dialing.
On Samsung SGH–T229, there is provision for built-in instant messaging with capacity for transmitting audio postcards, where along with photos, voice clips can be added. There is a VGA megapixel camera with 4x zoom for taking pictures in 4 resolutions. Besides, you can do editing like opting for night mode; alter brightness, settings for white balance and exposure, sounds of three shutters and select from 28 fun frames. There is no video recording facility. Other features are decent stereophones, phonebook of 1000 capacity and wireless browser using WAP2.0.
