Motorola VE66 Cell Phones
Announced on November last year, the Motorola VE66 is a slider handset that has a quad-band GSM excluding 3G, Wi-Fi and a 5 mega pixel camera integrated into it. This series is the second camera phone from Motorola’s basket.
A decent TFT display of 2.2 inches, which supports QVGA resolution with size of 240 x 320 pixels and 256k colors, it is the first phone from Motorola to offer Widgets that will help providing real time web information like weather, news and more. It also comes with stereo Bluetooth, FM Radio and microSD slot.
The cell phone boasts of excellent multimedia features with the most attractive application being the enhanced “Crystal Talk” facility. With 103 x 49.5 x 15.2 mm dimensions, it weighs 121 grams. The 110 MB memory available for usage, the microSD slot supports 256 MB ROM. The phone book has a capacity to save 1000 contact numbers thus allowing you to stay in touch with all your near and dear ones.
Motorola has installed Linux Operating System in the handset along with Opera browser, Push-to-Talk function, Organizer, calculator, built-in handsfree and Voice Memo. The standard battery supports more than six and a half hours of talk time and up to 400 hours of stand by time.
