The browser used is WAP 2.0 and make use of popular technologies like bluetooth, CDMA and GPS. EMS, MMS and picture message facilities are available in E816. The speakerphone is of full duplex type. The quality of sound is very good as compared to other Cell Phones. Also, an appreciable strength of signal is a plus point. On the flip side, Motorola E816 Phone is bigger in size than its counterparts. The weight of 4.6 ounces makes it bulkier.
The powerful battery of 1030 mAh offers a standby time of 280 hours and usage period of around 4 hours. The phonebook of this Motorola mobile has the capability of storing 1000 contacts, which is quite a big space. The memory has the provision to be expanded by the expansion slot, TransFlash.
