I purchased this phone in May of 2008 and a few days ago it started having a fuzzy screen and slanted words, the screen would look like it was upside down, then after a few days the screen went white. I took it to alltel and they said it had water damage. It has never been in or near water, but it had a tiny, barely visible red dot so they said it was water damaged and they would not do anything for me. I live in nebraska and we do have high humidity however none of the other phones I've had did
