The American operator MetroPCS has launched Samsung R410 mobile phone. The R410 Cell Phone is a side slider with two keyboards: a numeric and a QWERTY. The latter is highly appropriate for SMS-messaging. The Nokia 6263 features a fold-style design, a 2.2″ 16 million color QVGA primary display, large exterior mounted music keys for easy access to saved music tracks, and the ability to hold over 350 songs with its included 512MB memory card, or up to 3000 with an optional 4GB card.

The Samsung SCH-R410 features include a VGA camera, Bluetooth, speakerphone, and voice dialing. The Nokia 6263 feature-laden clamshell phone is similar to the 6267, but supports T-Mobile's 3G network. Other features include for Nokia 6263 is a music player with external controls, memory card slot, stereo Bluetooth, 1.3 megapixel camera, QVGA main display, large external display, and FM radio.

By comparing the Nokia 6263 also includes a powerful XHTML browser, support for Java and Flash Lite content, and email capability with attachment support. The Metro PCS service provider offers a web browsing service called MetroWEB, allowing to access whatever from SCH-R410.
